Product Development, Creative Direction & Early Growth

Support provided from pre-launch through initial growth for a new consumer product business. At the outset the company had a defined product but no operational brand or decision framework, making communication, hiring and product presentation inconsistent.

The work focused first on establishing a usable foundation: defining positioning, building the identity system and translating it into a functioning digital product. UX/UI was designed alongside brand language so the interface explained the product’s value rather than relying on marketing interpretation.

With the structure in place, launch materials and campaigns were directed to introduce the product coherently across channels. Social and marketing strategy prioritised clarity and repeatability, allowing communication to continue without reinventing tone or format at each release.

Parallel to public launch, internal operations were organised through early team building and working processes so production, marketing and development could operate without constant founder intervention.

Investor materials were developed to articulate both product logic and growth pathway, aligning external funding conversations with the same positioning used in customer communication.

The result was a functioning brand and operating structure capable of supporting early growth rather than a one-time launch moment.
