Branding, Web Design & Positioning

Brand identity, website and positioning developed for a Lisbon-based real estate company operating as a buyer’s agent for international clients relocating to the city. The business did not function as a traditional brokerage but this distinction was not legible in its presentation, causing potential clients to evaluate it through the expectations of property listings rather than advisory support.

The work focused on reframing the company from property seller to decision partner. Research into client behaviour showed that international buyers were not primarily searching for apartments but for certainty: understanding neighbourhoods, lifestyle fit and long-term suitability before purchase.

Positioning therefore shifted communication away from inventory and toward guidance. The brand language emphasised orientation, trust and interpretation of the city rather than sales urgency.

The visual identity and website were structured accordingly. Instead of listing-led navigation, content was organised around living scenarios and relocation concerns, allowing visitors to understand how the service supports decision-making before presenting properties themselves.

The result was a brand that communicates advisory value first, enabling the company to attract clients seeking representation rather than comparison shopping.
